Day 1: Dawn from my room =) in the temporary housing
This is how big it is x)
We have KFC!
This is part of my campus. the snow just got thicker today!
The view outside my room in campus. I was trying to show you guys it's snowing hard right now. If you look near the street lamp there's a lot of whitish color, that's the snow! And believe me, it's crazy out there!
Sorry I had to filter my pictures because I look hideous in most of them, due to the lack of sleep the first few nights here.
I'm going out to build some snowman tomorrow 'cause some seniors I met today said tomorrow would be a great day to build them and have snowball fights! I promise I'll take more quality pictures =)
And for those of you who're asking for pictures of my phone, don't worry it should be some time this weekend =)

Some updates on my life here, in words.
I spent almost 150 bucks to get all the necessities I need here, including a lamp, comforter, blankets, boots and warmer clothes, not to mention 4 bottles of VS's body care (great deal I got here) and Hershey's kisses for only 2 bucks.
I am in deep dilemma when placed in a bunch of Americans 'cause I don't know how to start conversing, well I guess I was just nervous. I'll figure this out later.
I've met one of my housemates. She seems nice and friendly (everyone here in Ames are friendly). I'm trying to accommodate myself to the idea of wearing shoes in the house, which is okay for me now.
I get mood swings these days. One minute I'm happy, the other I would be gone missing somewhere sulking in the corner. I guess being away from home makes my nerves sensitive. I get jealous easily (yes. i don't think i wanna explain this here. oh well.) I'm thinking too much.
I like the people here 'cause I've just got my 5th free ride today, back and forth. Seriously, people in Malaysia should learn this!
I also like the driving laws here. At the cross-junctions in Malaysia, we need traffic lights. In the States, they just need STOP signs, and they perfectly understand the meaning of tolerance, and "first to come, first to go". I've never seen any accidents happen at all! Oh and here, drivers let us, pedestrians walk first, no matter how long the line behind is, and nobody will ever ever sound their horns.
Well that's pretty much it, I've met new friends here, and I enjoy this place. The only torture I foresee for now, is the winter. haha. I'll be back tomorrow with more pictures hopefully. Malaysia time would be Sunday, 12-4pm.
Alright, time to get some sleep =)
